Hi! I started ASBG UOS to share knowledge across cloud and infrastructure technologies and grow together. I hope lots of people will join us to learn. Our first cohort is like a team of Avengers, so you're in good hands! 😎 Lately, I've been especially interested in Kubernetes. It's challenging, but I plan to tackle it through hands-on practice and the official documentation. Studying alone isn't always easy, so let's learn together! The deeper I dive into cloud computing, the more fascinating and challenging it gets. I'll also be sharing troubleshooting experiences and ways to practice, so stay tuned! 🙌🙌

I'm interested in cloud computing and networking. When I come across a new technology, I enjoy learning how it works, beyond just how to use it. Even when a hands-on exercise goes well, I ask myself, "Why is it set up this way?" and "Could we do it differently?" I want to become an engineer who can explain the reasoning behind my choices. I love the moment when talking through a problem with someone helps me understand something I'd been stuck on alone. Even when we study the same topic, we each have different questions and approaches, and I learn a lot from sharing those perspectives. At ASBG UOS, I'd like to get hands-on with AWS together and openly share the challenges we face and how we solve them. I hope we can grow together by asking honest questions about what we don't know and explaining what we do know in ways that are easy to understand!

When I use a service, I like to picture where its data travels and how its servers are connected. Lately, I've been exploring how to build networks with VPCs, deploy containers, and use infrastructure as code (IaC). I'm happy to meet people at ASBG who enjoy talking about these things too! 😊 I'd love for us to share everything from what we've been learning to the problems we've been wrestling with on our own, and help each other fill in the gaps. I look forward to helping build a community where we grow together through cloud computing. It's great to be here!

While working on frontend development and preparing for my job search, I realized that knowing only frontend development wouldn't be enough. Since it's the area I've consistently worked on throughout university, I plan to start my career as a frontend developer! That said, I'm interested in so many different fields that even I can't predict where my career might take me next. If you enjoy working out, let's go together! I'd also love to meet anyone who dances as a hobby. I enjoy reading too and occasionally get together for small book club discussions, so let me know in advance if you're interested!

Through ASBG, I hope to connect with members who have a wide range of interests and technical backgrounds and gain new perspectives. I want to experience the full process of building and running a service, from frontend, backend, and databases to cloud infrastructure. By exploring development from end to end, I hope to understand how all the pieces fit together and broaden my skills beyond any single technology. I've also long been interested in entrepreneurship and developing service ideas. My goal is to build both the technical skills and the ability to follow through needed to turn those ideas into concrete plans and working products.

After taking part in various projects and competitions, I wanted to turn my ideas into real services, so I recently started learning frontend development. I'm still learning, but my interests go beyond building interfaces: I'm also curious about how databases connect to servers and how services are deployed on AWS. Through hands-on projects at ASBG UOS, I hope to build my frontend skills while gaining a broader understanding of how a service works as a whole.

As I study data analysis and AI, I've become curious about more than building features. I also want to understand how the services behind them are implemented and operated. As part of ASBG UOS's first cohort, I'd like to learn how cloud infrastructure—including servers, networks, and storage—is set up and connected on AWS. I'm especially interested in designing architectures around a service's purpose while accounting for reliability and scalability. By extending my interests in data and AI to the cloud, I hope to understand the full process of bringing a real service to life!

When I notice an inconvenience in everyday life, I often wonder, “Could technology make this a little easier?” I've been gaining experience turning ideas into working solutions, from building an automated KakaoTalk notification tool for a private academy and putting it to use in its day-to-day work, to joining projects that use public data to define problems and propose solutions. Through these experiences, I've found that I enjoy deciding which problems to solve, building something, and improving it even more than simply writing good code. I'm still finding my direction as I explore development, data, and service planning, but I love learning new technologies and putting them into practice. At ASBG UOS, I hope we can share what we've built, feel comfortable asking each other questions, and grow together as teammates. Thank you!

I'm studying Computer Science at the University of Seoul and building experience in backend development and data analysis. I've explored a range of areas through projects, including a financial service built with Spring Boot and MySQL, data analysis with Python, and an AI and GPU server project through the AIM Challenge. I'm still learning, but I've grown a lot by going beyond studying technologies to actually building things and troubleshooting errors. My goal is to expand my experience to cloud environments such as AWS and become a developer who can build and operate reliable services.

I'm interested in backend development and have been studying it, but I still have a lot to learn about building and operating real services. My curiosity about how the programs I write run on actual servers and reach users is what drew me to AWS and the cloud. At ASBG UOS, I hope to explore different technologies and deepen my understanding of the cloud. I'd also like to be a supportive teammate who learns with others and works through challenges together.

While studying backend development, I've often felt gaps in my understanding of infrastructure, including servers, networks, and deployment. Lately, I've been focusing on understanding the fundamentals thoroughly rather than picking up a wide range of technologies. I want to go beyond seeing the full flow of how services are deployed and operated to deeply understand the infrastructure that supports them. At ASBG UOS, I hope to build a solid foundation in infrastructure through hands-on learning with peers who share these questions.

As I study backend development, I've become more curious about how features connect and operate within a real service than about implementing any single feature. I enjoy building APIs and working with databases, but I'm also interested in how servers behave after deployment and what kinds of problems arise as traffic grows. Recently, while learning about AWS and cloud environments, I've been discovering how much more closely development and operations are connected than I expected. I want to broaden my technical perspective and become a developer who understands the services I build more deeply.

While preparing weekly media trend reports using data from an AI-powered big data platform for international news analysis, I reduced the time spent on repetitive preprocessing by standardizing it in code. I also built n8n workflows to automate an AI consultation chatbot and the delivery of summary emails. Building these automations made me curious about the architecture that supports services like these. At ASBG UOS, I'd like to study databases and cloud infrastructure in greater depth. I also plan to take on the certification track with fellow members. I look forward to sharing our interests and learning together!

Deploying a service myself while working on backend development made me want to understand more than feature implementation. I wanted to know how servers work and how the code I write becomes a running service. Working hands-on with AWS, Docker, and Nginx along the way naturally sparked my interest in infrastructure and the cloud, and I'd like to study these areas more systematically! There's still a lot I don't know, but I believe I learn best by researching my questions and putting what I find into practice. Through a variety of experiences at ASBG UOS, I hope to understand the entire journey from backend code to a live service.

Even my brief experience adding a monitoring system to a web service taught me that services can fail in unexpected ways. I'm studying with the goal of operating services sustainably over the long term. I still have a long way to go, but at ASBG UOS, I'd love to study the cloud, operate services, and exchange perspectives on architecture and technology!

While studying AI, I became interested not only in the performance of the models themselves but also in how to operate the models I build reliably and efficiently in real-world environments. As I built LLM-based systems and encountered issues such as unexpected outputs and slow inference, I naturally became curious about the systems and infrastructure surrounding the models. These days, I'm interested in LLM Serving and Cloud-native AI Infrastructure, and I'm studying how to use GPU resources efficiently and operate services reliably. At ASBG UOS, I'd like to try different things hands-on in cloud environments and work through these questions one by one. I hope we can grow together by openly sharing where we got stuck and how we worked through those challenges!

While working on backend development, I've found that databases are what I end up spending the most time on. Problems like a single query slowing down or a database structure struggling as data grows only became apparent when I actually ran a service. Lately, I've been setting up databases on RDS myself and exploring backups, failure recovery, and ways to distribute read traffic one step at a time. At ASBG UOS, I hope we can share these experiences, feel comfortable asking each other questions, and learn together!
